About the blog
This blog is about activities that I have done to boil down my financial planning over the years to a very generic and a non-cumbersome way of managing my money (I certainly like to think so!).
And, if someone happens to stumble across this, it will hopefully benefit them in the same way that it has for me.
I’d recommend the intrepid reader to begin reading from here.
About me
I am a software engineer who dabbles in a bit of this and that. I have been working in the software industry for over a decade now and may yet be called a veteran of the field.
I am very passionate about picking up new things in the software side of technology as well as planning my finances in such a way that I do not fall into debt traps nor be fearful of expressing my ideas in front of dominating folks. The second part might appear vague, but, taken in the context of a salaried individual it makes a lot of sense. Only a person who is financially confident of providing for himself and for his dependents (if any) has the courage to express his creative ideas or question the status quo presented by the people who’d rather see the world only through their lenses.
